At SherrysGifts.com, we take great care to ensure your order is shipped quickly, securely, and discreetly. Whether you’re ordering lingerie, apparel, or intimate accessories, your privacy and satisfaction are always our top priorities.


1. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers with no visible branding or indication of contents. Billing and shipping labels use a neutral business name to protect your confidentiality.

Even our return address will not reference adult products or our store name.


2. Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM [PST] may be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer the most economical shipping method to meet your needs. Delivery times vary by destination.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
You can monitor your delivery status anytime through the carrier’s tracking portal.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at support@sherrysgifts.com.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States.
However, due to certain local laws, we may be unable to deliver adult-related products to some areas.

If your region restricts adult apparel or novelty items, we will contact you before processing your order.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or regions that prohibit the sale of adult goods.


6. International Orders

At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SherrysGifts.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We’ll gladly assist in the process and work with the carrier to help locate your order whenever possible.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
sherrysgifts.com is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately at support@sherrysgifts.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@sherrysgifts.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our Returns & Refund Policy guidelines.
